Back in 2013, Royal Challengers Bangalore went on a rampage against Pune Warriors. Chris Gayle, the “Universe Boss,” smashed an incredible 175 runs – one of the best performances in T20 cricket ever! Imagine hitting sixes 21 times in one game! Gayle’s assault included the fastest T20 century off 30 balls. With help from teammates Tillakaratne Dilshan, Virat Kohli, and AB de Villiers, RCB reached a record-breaking 263 runs at a loss of 5wickets, leaving Pune with almost no chance.
Lucknow Super Giants (257 Runs)

The Lucknow Super Giants almost surpassed RCB’s record in 2023. Their whole team swung their bats hard against Punjab Kings, scoring a massive 257 runs. Marcus Stoinis and Nicholas Pooran, who became the stars of the match, hitting 72 off 40 balls and 45 off just 19 deliveries respectively. Even though Punjab tried their best, including Atharva Taide’s impressive 66 off 36 balls, they fell short by quite a bit in this exciting match.

Yup! RCB makes another appearance in the top 3 Team Scorers! In 2016, they had a dream match against Gujarat Lions. Both Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers scored over 100 runs each in the same game – a rare feat in cricket. Virat Kohli scored 109 runs off 55 balls, while AB de Villiers made an explosive 129 off 52 deliveries. Their incredible partnership helped RCB reach a commanding 248 runs over the loss of 3 wickets. Gujarat just couldn’t keep up and lost by a huge margin.
