ACC T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2024 Schedule

The ACC T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2024 is set to take place from October 18 to 27 in Oman. This tournament, a showcase of young talent from across Asia, will be played in the T20 format for the first time, adding a new twist to the competition. The Emerging Teams Asia Cup, traditionally held in the ODI format, has been a battleground for the junior or ‘A’ teams of various cricketing nations in the region. A total of eight teams will participate in this year’s edition, split into two groups. Group A consists of Afghanistan A, Bangladesh A, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka A, while defending champions Pakistan Shaheens have been placed in Group B alongside India A, hosts Oman, and the UAE. All matches will take place at the Oman Cricket Academy Ground in Muscat, making this venue the heart of the tournament.

One of the most anticipated fixtures of the tournament is the face-off between traditional rivals, India A and Pakistan Shaheens, on October 19.
