As the captain of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team, he played 14 games and got 641 runs. Because he was such a good batsman and leader, the Sunrisers Hyderabad did well all season.
2018 – Kane Williamson (SRH)
In the 2018 IPL season, Kane Williamson, the captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad, was the tournament’s leading run scorer. Famous for his skillful batting and clever cricket strategies, Williamson scored a massive 735 runs in 17 games. He played a key role by holding the team’s batting together.
2019 – David Warner (SRH)
David Warner totally crushed it in IPL in 2019! He scored the most runs (692) in the whole tournament, playing only 12 games for the Sunrisers Hyderabad. This win made him the only player in IPL history to win the most runs award (Orange Cap) three times!
2020 – KL Rahul (KXIP)

He scored a huge number of 670 runs in just 14 games, showing how skilled and dependable he was as a batter who starts the innings. His batting style was graceful, and he was really good at holding the innings together for his team.
2021 – Ruturaj Gaikwad (CSK)
In the 2021 IPL, the talented young Ruturaj Gaikwad became the leading run scorer! Playing for the Chennai Super Kings, he scored up a massive 635 runs in 16 games.
